Question of the Week
Week of 04/28/08

This week we're asking you to get involved. We need your feedback.

When it comes to ACTS of LOVE, what have you received or given that is UNEXPECTED, UNAFFORDABLE or IMMEDIATE?

Here are a few ideas to get you started:

UNEXPECTED, UNAFFORDABLE, and IMMEDIATE ACTS OF LOVE

  1. Ask if your spouse needs assistance with anything before you leave the house in the morning.

  2. Take initiative with a chore or two.

  3. Grab his/her hand as you stroll across the parking lot.

  4. Open a car door.

  5. Pull back the chair to offer a seat at dinner.

  6. Sell something collecting dust around the house on eBay to give your spouse the money.

  7. Use your airline miles to invite your mate on your next work trip.

  8. Stop off at the car wash for thirty minutes and give a complete detail to the family vehicle.

  9. Bring home one flower. Most guys think a dozen flowers are necessary to achieve the "Wow" effect, when most times one is just as powerful.

  10. Hire a maid service just once to clean the whole house top to bottom.

  11. Plan a weekend getaway. Last minute deals are available on all of the travel websites. Spontaneity merges the unexpected with the immediate.

What other Acts of Love have you received or given?

Thank you for participating. We would love to hear form you!
